Rick Ruffolo founded R4 Innovations in 2010 to help Consumer Goods, Retail, and Private Equity organizations identify and implement ways to successfully grow their business. His intent was to bring a 360 degree perspective that often is missing from internal discussions as he has "sat in the chair" on all sides of most issues facing executives today. Mr. Ruffolo has over 30 years of experience as a CEO, President, EVP, SVP, and CMO driving growth and profitability of top consumer brands at leading specialty retailer and consumer goods
companies.
Rick is fortunate to have established an extensive industry network which enables R4 Innovations to reach out and collaborate
with a variety of source experts and well-placed executives at leading brands, vendors/suppliers, agencies, and retailers.
Besides having successfully served as CEO & President of 4 different PE-backed consumer goods companies, Rick has had the good fortune of collaborating with and learning from some of the best and brightest executives in the industry while working at P&G, Nestle/Ralston Purina, SC Johnson, Bath & Body Works, and Yankee Candle, among others. He has worked in a wide range of product categories and with nearly every major national account and retail channel (including multiple business success stories in digital/e-commerce).
